CASE DISMISSED: The New York City Department of Correction charged one of its own Correction Officers with Inefficient Performance and other related charges for opening a pantry door from the bubble, claiming policy prohibited it. Ms. Townsend expertly convinced the Trials Division that this was a BOGUS CHARGE and the case was dismissed entirely!
